NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Free"Quality, Safety and You" — covers the NDIS Code of Conduct and your responsibilities as a support worker. Approximately 90 minutes with a certificate on completion.

SIL Roles OnlyWorkers in Supported Independent Living (SIL) roles must complete three additional courses by 1 October 2026. These are free via the NDIS Commission's etrainu program (up to 15,000 places — register early).
Note: Registrations are currently closed due to high demand — check back regularly as new places open. Workers who have completed etrainu's Disability Essentials library do not need to re-enrol.

First Aid — HLTAID011 (Provide First Aid)
A current First Aid certificate is highly valued and may be required for some participant support situations. First Aid HQ offers accredited training across Victoria.
